PairD experience includes pre-September 11 master planning, development plan approval and negotiating development zoning envelopes then following the tragic attack master planning the future development with various stakeholders, governmental authorities and their consultants. Following an approved plan, Steve worked with various Westfield departments on revenue enhancements, developing criteria and customer touchpoints.
